Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the entrepreneur in writing of their decision. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, to the extent reasonably possible.

Article 6 – Costs upon Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the consumer is responsible for the return costs, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product. All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in the manner indicated during the ordering process. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change the prices of goods and services.

Article 9 – Quality and Warranty

The delivered products must comply with the agreement and the consumer's reasonable expectations. The consumer is entitled to free repair or replacement for defects that occur within two years of delivery, provided they are not caused by improper use.

Article 10 – Delivery and Delays

The goods will be delivered within the agreed timeframe, normally within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. If delivery is significantly delayed, the consumer can cancel the contract and have their payment refunded.

Article 11 – Duration and Termination of Agreements

Agreements for the supply of goods or services that cover a longer period can be terminated by either party with a notice period of up to one month. The termination must be in writing.
