Order and Delivery
Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: The average delivery time is 2-5 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to significantly reduce storage and transportation costs, allowing us to offer products at lower prices than our competitors and cover shipping costs.
Question: The expected delivery time has been exceeded, where is my order?
Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

If you have not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.
Question: I am missing some products in my order, how is that possible?
Answer: Because we work with different suppliers, products may be shipped separately. If any items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them within 2-3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: We will cover the shipping costs for your order.*
Exchanges and Returns
Question: I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
Answer: Yes. You can return any order within 30 days without giving a reason.
Question: I want to return an item, what should I do?
Answer: If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and labels, and must not be used.
A return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is responsible for the shipping.
Once we have received the returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 30 days.

Question: Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

Question: The Track and Trace code does not show any information, what does that mean?
Answer: The Track & Trace information is available as soon as your package has arrived at the carrier. Please note that there may be a slight delay before the information is displayed.
